Based out of New York and San Francisco, I have worked throughout the Continental US and Hawaii, as well as the Bahamas. I’ve worked with the New York City Permitting Department (Landmarks and Preservation) and  the San Francisco Permitting Department as well as all other local building and planning departments associated with the projects in my portfolio.    

As a child in a military family, Kevin noticed how diversity in local architecture affected not only people’s homes - but lifestyles – that led to his appreciation of Vernacular Architecture. Inspired by global travel and historical design, Kevin is still a keen observer; forward in thinking and design, attentive with details, and believes good quality and great customer service is timeless.

After receiving a Masters of Architecture degree from Catholic University, Kevin built a strong foundation working in a variety of architectural genres and eventually landed at Walker & Moody Architects in San Francisco. In his 18 year tenure there, he elevated and honed his skills with a hands-on, fresh palette, multi-textured approach to excellent client service and customization. This cultivation of client relationships leads to innovative design details with informed and thoughtful results that produce distinctive work with natural ease, unaffected grace, and refined livability. Kevin’s bespoke philosophy has inspired clients from the Bay Area to New York, Hawaii, Maryland, Texas, Florida, and the Bahamas
