3 Abandoned Row Houses joined together and gut renovated to bring them back to their former glory. Carful attention to historical detail was paid to bring these homes back to their former selves. From rebuilding the front stoops that were removed to allow for the elevated railway, to the aluminum cornices that needed to be recreated to the central stair that was carefully reconstructed to its original design and structure. We worked hand-in-hand with the New York Historical Preservation to bring these Row Houses back to life.
